Tipping Town car driver

We're taking a Town Car from Lax to GC tomorrow. This is my first town car experience. The charge is $52. What is the customary tip?

When using a town car ( couple different cities) we usually tip $10 each way for the 3 of us, if we are sharing with others they usually add their own $10.
That might seem cheap to others though......

I have never used the TC route in CA.....5 times at WDW( we always use Tiffany ), also in Washington DC, and Hawaii.
