Tipping Tiffany One Way?

We've decided to drop car rentals and take Tiffany to Board Walk, returning via DME. It's been a few years since we used this service and I don't recall whether they add the tip up front and we've never done a one-way with them. Since we'll be doing a grocery stop on the way in I would often be a little generous with that driver and do 20% on the outward leg. Anyone know how the billing etc works for a one way, MCO to BW trip?

I went to the website and it says this:

IS THE TIP INCLUDED IN THE GROUND TRANSPORTATION FARE? IF NOT, HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP THE DRIVER?
The ground transportation fares quoted on this web site do not include tips. We recommend that you tip your driver between 15-20% of fare.

SHOULD I PAY GRATUITY TO THE DRIVER FOR THE RETURN TRIP AS WELL?
No, since you might not have the same driver for your return trip.

Thanks, I prefer to tip in person and in cash especially if I'm well pleased with the service. I always question whether a tip added to a credit card tab gets to the staff in total.

Wouldn't the billing work exactly like the round trip billing, except at the one way rate? :confused3 Then, if you tip by credit card, you add 20% to the fare, and if you tip in cash, you calcuoate and tip 20% of the fare? What is the etc supposed to cover?

I tip per leg in cash; just in case I don't have the same driver and based on the level of service on each leg.

I usually take advantage of the 30 minute grocery stop on the inbound so that driver usually gets a bit more than the one who does the return trip. For a one way I also tip in cash based on the one way fare and the level of service.

This is exactly what I used to do when we used Tiffany both ways, just wanted to know how things work now with a one way trip.

I think the only difference is the grocery stop - its only offered with a r/t. Otherwise they just bill my cc'd for the fare and I tip cash?
