Tipping the moving men

Well, I'm finally moving on Monday. I know that this has been discussed on this forum before, but the search feature isn't letting find those posts.

So, how much should I tip the moving men? They're doing it all in one day -- I plan to have donuts and coffee in the a.m. and then maybe pizza at lunchtime.

Any ideas?

I'd base the tip on a couple of things: how much furniture you are moving, whether you have stairs, and the hourly rate the movers charge. When I moved I did not have tons of furniture but they had to deal with stairs and my book collection (thousands!). I tipped them $40 each. You could probably do $20 each though and it would be fine.
