Tipping spa staff

I'm thinking about indulging in a spa treatment on my cruise in June. If I get the Spa Taster, what is the procedure for tipping? How much would you tip on average? Since, I assume, there are two people (one for massage, one for facial), do I tip each one individually? Do I give the tip to the actual person or at the end at a "check out" desk?

I sound very idiotic asking all of these questions....but I'm just not sure....

There is a charge slip you will sign for the service and you can add a gratuity there.

The SAME person does the whole treatment, both your massage and facial, just FYI.

I always tip between 10-15% depending on how good the service was.
