How much do you tip the skycaps?

At least $1 per bag unless it's "heavy" -- then I add another $1 or $2.

$1-2 a bag. Also the days of tipping more because the bag was heavy seems to be coming to an end. Some airlines are starting to put the weight on the bag. Tipping extra wouldn't help in that case.
