Tipping Shuttle Driver

If I were to use a Mears Shuttle from MCO to the Swan or Dolphin, with a party of 2 adults, both with 2 bags (one carry-on size, one tagged), how much of a tip for the driver would be customary?

Typical in that situation would be $1-$2 per bag, plus any additional tip you feel the driver is due, if appropriate. For example, if the driver was especially entertaining or helpful, you might - or might not - choose to tip additional.
