Tipping Private Car Service

Hello, we are using a private van for our party from MCO to Disney. Is there a general rule of thumb on the amount of tip that is appropriate?

Typically 15% - 20% depending on the service received. The same average percents used when dining out.

We generally tip 20% unless there is a serious problem.

According to tipping.org: Cabs are 15%, towncars/limos are 20%.
