Tipping on scooter delivery

Do I need to tip the guy who delivers my wheelchair?

I rarely tip the person who delivers my ECV. Once they explain things, they usually are in a hurry to get to the next spot. I've even had a tip in my pocket a couple times, but haven't found a good time to give it to them.

I tip them. I've not had anyone refuse to take it.

I give them $10 per scooter if they provide an excellent service. So far thats been every time.

I tip! The amount doesn't really matter. It is at your discretion. Tips are greatly appreciated.

I tip. The delivery/pick up person kept me up to date with his location and ETA. He arrived within 15 minutes of of the scheduled time.
