Tipping Mears

We've made a small change to our upcoming trip to WDW. Instead of renting a car, we're just going to take the Mears shuttle to BWV. We're going in three weeks, before the new Disney shuttle starts operating . We've never done Mears before and am wondering how much do you typically tip the driver?

I tip shuttle drives a couple of bucks a bag (assuming they load and unload and don't get lost!)
