Tipping for Towncar

Considering using Yourride for December trip. What is the typical tip for the trip to and from a Disney resort?

I belive its 15-20% of the total cost. For an $90 round trip town car charge, I usually give $8 each way. I sometimes try and just ge it all paid for at once tip included before I even take the trip. I think some companies do that in Florida.
