tipping for the Magical Express

Okay I know you need to tip the bell services at the resort.

but what about the drivers for Magical Express - I did so for Mears???

Chip'n Dale Express or Local Driver - do you know?

You only need to tip bell services on the way back from the resort. I would also think that you wouldn't have to since they seem to have put tips in with everything else already.

ME is owned by Disney but operated by MEARS like the cruise line buses
IMO whenever someone takes your bag loads it unloads it brings to your room or takes it from your room you need to tip. you can decide on how much the Bus drivers should get less then the Bell service. Hey you are getting a free transfer to the park so make someone happy for a LOT less then you would have paid.

Gratuities for the drivers are not included. The drivers work for Mears, not Disney. So the only tips they receive will be from the guests.

If you feel you received excellent service from the driver, especially when carrying luggage on the return trip, feel free to tip, they appreciate it.

One of them already posted, Mears drivers are allowed to accept tips but are not allowed to put a tip cup on the dash.

I'd tip if the driver helps me with my luggage but I don't think I'd tip for driving the bus.

Going from MCO I don't think I'd tip, I'll be handling my own carryown. Going to MCO I'll probably tip whoever helps me with my bags. I doubt SW or JetBlue will be participating. I'm not sure if it'll be the driver or a bellhop at the hotel and a skycap at the airport.
