Tipping for room service

I'm always confused about this one and hoping someone here can help! Disney charges an 18% service charge and a $3 delivery fee for room service. Does any of this go to the delivery person? I don't want to be cheap, but I don't want to give the person a 30-40% tip either. Any help would be great!

Sorry that I cannot answer your question definitively, but my understanding is that the 18% is an automatic tip for the delivery person. Hopefully someone will know for sure because it is an excellent question!

I don't know either but we always tip the delivery person a couple of bucks just to be safe.
