We are using the same towncar service for two separate roundtrips during our 12-day trip in the next couple of weeks. We are going from/to MCO, as well as to/from DCL in the middle of our stay. Should we tip a little bit on each of the 4 drives of said transfers? Or, will our service be better if the driver is tipped in full at the end of the first transfer? Anyone with any experience with this either way? Do the drivers expect/prefer we handle gratuity in a certain manner? TIA!

Definitely tip at the end of each leg. You may have different drivers on each leg.

3rd, tip both drivers. Don't let the 1st driver tell you he will split it with your return driver. He won't.

$15 tip for the pick up driver, and $10 for the return driver is what I normally do. Thought being, the 1st pick up drive will meet you at the baggage carosel and help with the luggage. the 2nd guy just loads and unloads a car and drives.
