Tipping Delivery Workers

On Saturday I am having a new mattress delivered and the old mattress removed. I want to tip the delivery men/women who will make the exchange. Is $10 an acceptable tip for this kind of service?

I know you will get all kinds of opinions on this one but I have never tipped a furniture delivery person. I am sure he/she will love $10!
