Tipping/DDP

I know I have read this but cannot find it...

We are on the DDP with free dining . I am taking my Disney VISA rewards card and a gift card with me to cover incidental costs. Can I use either of these to leave the tip at our ts meals? How would you do this... just tell the server how much to "put on the card"?

ALSO... we haven't used the DDP before so don't know what to expect when paying. Will they bring me a full bill (so I can write in the tip amount) and then take my KTTW card for the ddp credits and my rewards card for the tip?
