Same here. They give you a slip to sign at the end of the treatment and you can add the tip on there. Then it gets charged to your stateroom. I'm not sure you can give cash?
Do they automatically include a 15% tip? So, if you wanted to put additional on you would add it as a line item. But, I would check to see if the 15% is already there.

My DH and I had a few different spa treatments while on the Magic and none of them included the tip. We simply wrote in the tip amount on the slip, at the end of the treatment.
Stimpy: I'm sure you can give a cash tip. Just hand it to your spa technician at the end when she's handing you the charge slip. What I do if/when I ever tip in cash (at restaurants, for example), I'll draw a line in the area where the tip can be added in, then just carry the total down to the bottom "total" line.
I tip at least 20%, sometimes 25%, assuming the treatment was good. When you think about it, the base price of a good spa treatment is similar to a nice family dinner out, yet the spa therapist clearly has to do much more to earn that tip than a dinner server (they are focusing on you 100% for an hour, where a restaraunt server covers numerous tables).
