I usually go with a dollar per round if ordering at a bar. I tip as I go because sometimes you get different servers. I'm not sure if this is enough or not, I'd be interested to see what other people suggest! I find the whole idea of tipping so difficult! I never know how much is enough!
Couple of bucks a round. If the drinks are weak, I ask the server if they wouldn't mind putting some alcohol in the drinks and give a generous tip if they come back strong.
We tip $1 per drink for draft/bottled drinks and a couple of $$ for a mixed drink/cocktail. Having said that, if you are at a resort bar, generally you are being served by the same bartender (particularly at the Disney bars) so we normally just run a tab and tip at the end of the night (although I am no longer allowed to settle the tab after generously tipping our bartender nearly $50 one particular drunken evening on a previous holiday)

Never drink in the resorts so only time I tip is on a cruise, they add 15% auto grat then if service is good another $1-2 each time I order.
Had a couple of drinks in Epcot this evening but don't tip there.
