Yes, at the tea you have a waitress like any other restaurant.

I am not sure about BBB but I would think yes - since they are like stylists.

NO TIPPING at BBB. I asked when we were there. They are NOT allowed to take tips.

No tipping at BBB. They do give you a Fancard to fill out so that you can compliment your Fairy Godmother.
