I am trying to figure our budget for all of our meals.

We have a party of 6, so tip will be automatically added (18%, correct?), is this on the subtotal or after taxes. Also, is the sales tax 10%?

Tax rate in 99% of WDW is 6.5%. There's one resort that's in a different county, don't remember which one, and I think there's is 7.0%

Nope, All Stars. It is in Osceola County.

Sales tax is 6.5% as far as I remember though I honestly don't remember if there is a higher tax on alcohol. All-Stars by the way is actually 7.5%. It was raised back in November 2016.

*Loved getting a sales tax break going down there in comparison to home

If you have a party of 6, expect a tip of 18% added, plus tax of about 7%. If the service is good, I would look at a tip of 20% plus.
