tip on the AK vouchers

We bought 2 adult and 2 kid vouchers at Pizzafari last week. The kid ones are an exceptionally good deal because they are the same price as the kids meal and then you get the other two things free. Anyway, we got a huge downpour that afternoon and all the ice cream stands closed up. We hit a food cart on our way out of the park and were informed that we could get any bottled drink, so we got 2 waters, and 2 Powerades. Also, the other voucher that says ice cream or popcorn can be used for any snack as well! We got 2 good sized fruit cups, and 2 blueberry crumb cakes. (My friends kids also used theirs for chocolate chip cookies.) What a great deal.

Do you remember how much the vouchers were? I can't decide if we shoud get these or eat at Rainforest Cafe on our AK day.

5.99 for kids, which was a great deal because the pizza is the same size as the adult, but the drink was smaller. And I *think* it was 11.99 for the adult vouchers.

Thank-you. That would be much less than Rainforest. I am not sure, maybe we'll just decide that day.

The vouchers are good at RFC? I thought they were just counter service? That would be super if they were good for RFC too!

The Animal Kingdom Meal Certificates are only for Tusker House, Pizzafari, Flame Tree and (I think) Restaurantosaurus. That's great to hear that you can use them for snacks other than popcorn/ice cream.

I am sorry that I confused you. The only vouchers good at Rainforest Cafe are the Magic Kingdom Lunch Vouchers that sell for about $30.50 through Connections. Still a good deal but much more expensive and less convient to get. I was just trying to decide if my family would like to eat in the park for the $11.99 price or if we would splurge on the bigger meal at Rainforest. DH can only take fast food every other day or so!
