Tip help needed!

[Barbie & the 3 girls]

I am trying to budget for tips (this has been a downfall in past visits!).

3 adults on the dining plan (ages are me, a 12 and 10 year old) and 1 child.

We are eating at:
Hoop-Dee-Doo --- No tip needed.
Cinderella's Royal Table --- No tip needed.
Garden Grill -- Tip needed, but how much??
Coral Reef as part of the Candlelight Processional -- Tip needed??? And if so, how much?
Chef Mickey -- Tip needed? I hate buffets for tips, I never know what to do!
Prime Time -- A normal restaurant, probably 20% of bill, got this one.

So, am I right above? Suggestion for tip amounts given regular, normal service with 3 adult entrees and 1 child?
