Tip amount for mani/pedi/massage?

DS and DH gave me a gift certificate for the above services at a local small salon/spa. When I called and made the apt., the owner said that one person would do the massage and another would do the mani/pedi. I assume the tip was not included, so how much do I tip each? If it helps any, the total for all three services was just over $100.

I would try to find out each service price individually, then tip 20% of the service cost to each person.
