TIP: AAA ~don't forget to use it!

After a great 3 nights at Universal there is one area this novice failed badly. In my rush to book (not necessary) the spiderman breakfast and desire to eat at Bubba's (couldn't, they don't participate in the walk in if staying on property and it was mobbed), I did not do a meal card..Do it at least one day you are there. Also use your AAA card..I didn't realize it was accepted till day three and probably could have saved about $50 on meals! AAA is big at Universal and accepted at most places...

How do you know which places accept AAA? We are going to Universal in May and meals for the 5 of us are quite costly and any savings would be great.

Just about everywhere! After I paid for 3 expensive meals I was tipped off, then started using it in the shops. It is only 10 % but that adds up! Carry it and ask everywhere you make a purchase.

What's a meal card? I know it's probably a basic question. I had the cashier in one of the shops ask me if I had AAA. That is the only way I realized i could get discounts. I'm sure I forgot to ask about the rest of the time though. But I really appreciated the reminder.
