Forgive the psychology student. If you are afraid of spiders, I feel bad for you. Worse now. Because this is fascinating proof that phobias are an especial private little hell because they know no logic:
An antisocial tree that "whomps" people, Dragons who wish to burninate you, and phantoms that want to eat your soul - whatevs.
Spiders (OK, very large spiders) that are kinda just... there - OH NO WHY WHY WHY???
I have to agree. I rode 8 times in 2 days and those spiders are so fake looking, I was wondering every time how they could bother anyone.
I am afraid of live spiders, but those things did not bother me at all.
