Hello all well thought id better start my trip report so here goes ... hope you all enjoy 
Moi : Loves disney full stop !!!
Dp : Loves Dopey and Stitch oh and Space Mountian
Ds : (6) Loves fast rides,loves Star Tours likes Characters from a distance !!!
DD : (2) Has now become a huge minnie fan and went on rides for 1st time.
Day 1 : Sunday 21st October
Yawn already lol. Kids where in bed but not sleeping late pm on saturday night. Car was packed ready for a very early morning trip to edinburgh airport. Eventually we got our heads down for 2 hours to be awoken at 2.30am to beep beep an i have never seen everyone move so fast !!! DS "OMG we are actually going".All jumped in the car broom broom off we went yay woop woop !!!
Got to Edinburgh airport around half 3 am me and my directions managed to get us lost and ended up in the wrong car park ( how many 1 airport needs i dont know but anyway) Eventually found the correct one yay was the cry
. All out the car and onto the shuttle bus here we go. Check-in was no problem, again with security checks. That us we are almost there another 3 hours and the magic will be 
.
We where due to board around 5.50am but was delayed in turn delaying the flight well we cant have everything.Eventually the plane took off around half 6 and we where on our way .
We where unable to land in CDG for around 30 mins as the french where on strike so we all suffered from being a bit dizzy and kids where getting very upset and narrky by this point oh the joys . When we eventually landed it was a mad dash and when we hit the VEA queue OMG i have never seen such a big queue everyone must had landed at the same time. But give them thier dues they had layed on extra coaches and everyone was soon on there way
.
And before we knew it there was a chorus of "LOOK" "OMG" "YAY" there it was the place everyong was longing to see DLRP we had arrived
. Coach done it usual stops at all the hotels and then it was our turn to get off. It honestly felt like it was only yesturday we where there even though it had been over a yr ago. (Forgot to say we were at the Santa Feagain this year i like the home from home feel as we only need a base to sleep and it suits us just right). Well we headed straight to check-in or at least see if we could as it was only half 10 am. But we where very lucky our room was ready our park passes where ready it was all systems go go go.
We where in the " Fishes " part this year Block 24 Room 130. All be it up a flight of stairs with a 2yr old how has special needs where werent bothered we where just glad to have arrived. Anway it was a case of a quick un-pack and change and off we went.
And now the holiday really starts
We decided for the first time we would walk to the parks and isnt it so much quicker and less hastle than the buses, and a lovely walk it is.

it wasnt long before we heard dd saying "mimmy( thats me btw) boon boon boon" and there was the big air balloon in all its glory popping up from behind the trees. Oh the magical feeling was kicking in even more now.

Well it wasnt long before we came the the start or end depends on which way your coming into the disney village i suppose, The disney village and music yay we are here its not just a dream. The feeling you get is rather undiscribable am sure you would agree either that or am really sad lol. We where greeted by lots of orange paint and pumpkin men as we walked through it the kids where in amazment !!!

When then decided we must go and see the main disneyland park like a bunch well us two adults like kids in a sweetshop along with the kids hurried though and as we got though bag check and where met by the disneyland hotel and the fountians its was such a great feeling all that hard work all year had finally paid off dreams can come a reality. All four of us headed with our park passes in hand down the ramps, under the hotel walk way and through the gates yay we where here so much to do so much to see so HALLOWEEN so DISNEY !!!

that Pink/black cat btw had disapeared by the following morning very strange but then we had begun to notice that all pinks things where slowly getting replaced but all things orange,
It was then time for some piccys with the delightful pumpkin men ...

the must " Its Halloween-Lo-Ween " is still going round in my head now its so damn catchy. The Park was really quite busy but then it was a sunday so we had expected it to be anyway. And there it was the castle in all its glory all tarted up for the 15th birthday celebrations mmm how magical. Then it was a quick com'on dad let go ... mad dash for fast passes and straight to BTM ds adores this ride as does dad i may add. so while they went and got them dd and i went for a wander as she had fallen asleep far too much excitment for one well almost 2 days. And as we wandered back through fastasyland we where greated by loads of singing and dancing it was "The Disney Villains Halloween Showtime" unfortuanally i couldnt get a very good standing point as it was packed so excuse the piccys but it was fantastic none the less.

anyway it was soon time for the ride on BTM so off we headed to frontierland and dp and ds went of the ride. All i hear after it is were away for another fastpass back in a mo lol ... ( and BTW at this point i still hadnt been on it but more on that in another part lol ). Frontierland was amazing was all its decor id love to know how the transformation takes place and where they store everything as its quite breath taking.

and on our way out the land we where greeted by two giant pumpkin men. Ive never seen ds move so fast and a fit of giggles came from dd's buggy they where so funny looking ... oh and they loved to pose ...

After coming out of frontierland we decided it was time for a munch so we all grabbed a giant hot dog they where nice but think we ate to many in the end lol ... and headed over towards discoveryland yet another firm fav of ours. DP went and grabbed a fastpass for SM2 and then him and ds headed for star tours which ds would like on if he had the chance . In the meantime dd and me went and joined the 40min queue for Orbitron which was also her very first time and very first ride at disney and belive me she absolutely loved it well barr the extremley long wait. I will never forget the giggles and the "weeeeeeee" as we went round and round and up and down but not too high lol . The pic below was her face when it stopped she didnt want to get off ...

In the time we had waited and got on Orbitron dp and ds had managed to go on star tours twice much to ds amuzment but not that of dads who was when we met up again looking a bit motion sick and green hahaha
. But it didnt stop him hurrying off for his shot on Space Mountian which he had been longing to do. But why is it they will always sit a couple in the front of a car and a person riding singily behind ?? anyway yet again no picture but dp loves the ride so he was happy pictures are for my benefit really.
Soon the bellys started rumbeling and it was half 5 where does the time go
so we thought the same thing and headed off to Annettes Diner which we had really been looking forward to going to again since our last visit. Oh and btw it was getting prity cold at this point and the layers of clothing had started to go on. Anyway got to Annettes Diner and there was a largish queue but it was around eating times so werent surprised and really didnt wait long at all to be seated. Now am so so sorry but here is my first and think last big moan. The waitress who seated us was extremley moody must have been having a very bad day and that was just the start of things unfortunally. We where seated and had to keep asking for a highchair for dd as the first waitress whom seated us wasnt intressted in our request so we got a highchair eventually. Waited about 10mins to be served ok it was busy. Order was taken then waited 20mins for drinks and a futher 10mins for food. Only and am sure this may have been a one off all the food was lovely barr the garlic bread which was burnt black ( i really wish i had taken photos now to show you ) and dp special chilli burger was i dread to say it some what very very under cooked 
!!! We where very very shocked as when we had eaten there last year the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. But anyway it was eventually sorted out but by this time dp was sadley put off the tea and at the end where we presented which a rather big bill for 75euros and no appology. Maybe i should have made more of a song and dance and complained more i would have at home but on holiday i just couldnt be bothered. I really must add though that the kids did love their meals and ate them all up so it wasnt all bad just so am not sounding completley ungreatful lol ...
After tea which time was heading to around the back of 7 we thought we had better call it a night and head to bed as we where all beginning to lag and eyelids where starting to close so we walked back though the villiage and by this point its freezing ( much cloder than scotland believe it or not !!! ) maybe its the change in the air, so all the gloves where on and we wrapped up for our walk back to the hotel. Which is just a walk as in the daytime. And the villiage all lit up at night is lovely its just a fantastic atmosphere all together. So as our heads its the pillows and the nice warm beds ... we where all soon in a comatoised state dreaming of what tomorrow would bring .............
(p.s. am sorry if you are now in a comatoised state after reading cause i am lol i really should be in my bed but couldnt not finish the first day trip report.)
