Mickey wakes us again at 6:30! Up and at 'em.... Today starts with the MK and we cant wait. Another Disney bus ride,and we are there. I have never been on Disney trans. before and these drivers are wild! Anyway, it only takes a few moments to get in the gates. The bag searches are very cursery, and the guards vary in where they want to look. some want every flap opened, some not.
The Main street is beautiful,and I have to stop and take my regular castle shot, with our one remaining camera. We stroll down Main Street and decide to get some breakfast at the Bakery. I had the Apple Charlotte,and DH had the ham and cheese quiche, with coffee. We sat and ate at the tables on the end of the street. Trying to decide what to do next,we go to the left instead of the right at the hub and find a very deserted Adventureland, Magic Carpets is flying without any riders so we get on a take a high flight. MCOA isnt a bad ride, its just been done before. After the carpet ride we are able to do POC and the Tiki Birds very quickly and head over the Frontierland to walk on BTMRR. DH was feeling a little woozy at that point,as the humidity was very high. We wanted to get somewhere cool, so we trekked over the Tomorrowland,the plan was to go on COP, but alas, it was still closed. This is when I found out it was permanent.
We did a little shopping and went on the People Mover. We finished up with Buzz, and then got a bus over to EPCOT to do lunch at the F&W Festival. Would you believe, with all that great food,DH wanted fish and chips from R&C. That was what we had for lunch. About that time it started to rain so we skipped the rest of World Showcase and went back to Future world for some cover. We sort of hung out there the rest of the day. Spaceship Earth, Ellen's, the land, saw the manatees,played in the JIYI playground, DH loves seeing HISTA,simply to watch all the other people scream, so we did that a couple of times. Crowds were very light and we had no trouble with any lines at anything. I guess most people went back to the resorts when the rain started. But DH says whats a little rain,we arent going to miss anything! Gung HO! Thats when my umbrella broke! 
( Yes dear Of course I still think you are beautiful when you look like a drownded rat!) We wanted to try the Restaurant Akershus, so I went and inquired if there were availabilities. The practically yanked us into the place, lots of empty tables. I have to say that I was not impressed, It would probably be good to someone who really loves seafood, but I am not a Huge seafood eater. DH said it was O.K. But we probably wont go back again. Total was about 58.00 with tip and no dessert. We strolled back towards Future world in the steady down pour and grabbed a bus back to ASMu. So concludes another great Disney day! A couple of drinks from Singing Spirits to take the chill off and we are in for the night. Stay tuned, more to come...........!
