tinkerbell meet and greet

I don't know if this specific rumor is true, but they have to be doing something in the parks with the Disney Fairies franchise - it is incredibly popular!

My daughters would love to meet Tink, but they'd like to see the other fairies, too. Where's Rani?

That sounds so great! I hope it's true....here's a little more pixie dust to add. pixiedust:

That's funny cause I just got in a fight with a girl I work wth cause she said her friend is in the college program and just got casted as Tink, and all I could say was "UNLESS SHE'S FLYIN INTO A MATTRESS BEFORE WISHES, SHE'S LYING TO YOU."

Even if they do this and I hope they do, it probably will take a while since they have to arrange the huge scenery, but I hope they start on it soon!

That would be great. Tink is my favorite disney character. I hope we get info on this soon.

Please let it be that they shrink us to her size! My life long dream to be a smaller size .... even if it is convoluted a little :thumbsup2

I hope this is true too!!! My DDs would flip!! Maybe they'd have you enter an area where you are sprinkled with a special kind of Pixie dust....the kind that makes you shrink!!

okay are you people telling me I won't see Tinker bell anywhere in the parks?
If that is the case I am going to bed tonight and cry! I want to see Tinkerbell!!!

this can't be true no way it just can't be

:confused3

We leave in 6 days and the only character that my 6 year old wants to meet is Tinker Bell, I keep telling her that Tinker Bell is to small an that she only flies around the Castle at night to say hi to everyone. She is not content with this explanation so I hope she’s not to disappointed when we go.

I’m just guessing that one way they could shrink us to Tinks size is by using a set like Honey I Shrunk The Kids and then have her appear on interactive screen like Turtle Talk. Just a wild guess

Ok, I am offically confused :rotfl:

Can I meet Tinkerbell? Where, When, How? :cheer2:

Right now, she is not doing meet-and-greets in the parks. There is a rummor that she may start appearing in the future at a special location for her, but we're not sure when.

you've never been to Disney before, have you? sadly, Tinkerbell has never been anywhere in the parks. the only time to catch her is when she's flying from the castle before wishes.

you know.......i don't know how well i'd do with this. Tink has been my favorite Disney character since i was all of 4 years old.......so that's........almost 19 years of having her as my favorite and i think i would probably be TOO excited to meet her! lol. how sad, right? the first time i met Peter Pan i was way more excited than half of the KIDS there! lol and i was 16!

Don't feel bad...I am 36 nearly 37 and when we go we do about 3 or 4 character meals and I spend all that money and hardly eat a thing because i get so caught up in watching the characters in the resturaunt and anticipating them coming to see me I can't eat .....lol Does anyone else have this problem or am i alone????

:offtopic: saw your siggie, it's your 1st time, I wish you and your boys all the pixiedust: to make it a very magical trip!

That is so sweet thank you so much,

I see your going around the same time we are, I hope you have a magical trip also. I am looking forward to this not only is it our first time to WDW but its really our first big family trip. so lots of first for the 6 of us..

I am 37 myself and act more like a kid than my own kids. I get so caught up in the characters. We always do character meals when we are down there. Here is a story you may find funny. For a few years my DS's had been wanting to see Max. Well we normally go down end of August and Max is in "school". Well 2 years ago we entered MK and guess who I spotted in Town Square. So here is a 35 year old running to get in line first and beating all the other kids. Yeah real adult like. But I was first in line. My own family took their time. Couldn't be that they were embarrassed of their own mom, could it?

As for Tink, I think the new idea/rumor sounds great. Hopefully it will come true because a lot of people are Tink fans.
