Since my kids were toddlers, "tinkerbell" has always left a gift and a small note in their room nightly when we were at Disney in order to encourage good behavior. Well this year they are 13 and *almost* 11, so the nightly tinkerbell toys have sorta lost their magic =(. Instead, I'm planning of making them a big gift bag to give them on our arrival night from tinkerbell full of things they can use on the trip.
So far I'm planning on both disney dollars and real money 4 spending, MNSSHP tickets, I bought them frog towels and each a water bottle fan and I pre decorated two small scrapbooks for their vacation pictures but now I'm stuck.

Just wondering what those of you with pre teens and teens give for disney that still do the tinkerbell thing???? Thanks! =).

I used to do things like that too! The Easter Bunny dropped off baskets one Easter there, and when we went before Christmas once they got little gifts too. It's such a happy memory now! The littlest things were such fun.

I haven't done it in a long time, though. Now I let my DD choose a special place for dinner - she loves the Sci Fi place. DS didn't come last year (he was on a service trip with school, and won't come this time either, he'll be doing it again this spring break). I just let DD get treats while we're at the parks, but she doesn't demand much ever! I'd just do gift cards or money for extras.
