Tinker Bell Pillowcase Art Kit - Best Price?

My daughter wants to have a Tinker Bell themed birthday party. As a combination craft/party favor I thought the kids could color their own Tinker Bell pillowcase. It's a pre-printed pillowcase that the kids color in with special crayons and then you heat set it with an iron.

It comes in a kit of 8 pillowcases. The cheapest I have found it would be at Party City for $29.99, then using a $5 off $25 coupon to get it to $24.99.

They don't carry it at Hobby Lobby and at Michael's it is $7.99 for one pillowcase (even with a 50% off coupon that's more than the Party City price per pillowcase). Any other ideas of where I could purchase it for cheaper? I couldn't come up with an online option that beat the Party City price but I could have overlooked something.

Not sure but did you check Oriental Trading? I haven't checked their site lately but it seems like something they might have.

I hadn't checked there. I just looked and they don't have the pillowcases. They do have a Tinker Bell backpack @ $9.99 for one (out of my budget!).

That's a great idea! I looked and the cheapest I saw was about $9.79 per kit.

Maybe instead you can get plain pillow cases, some Tinkerbell fabric appliques and fabric paint? You can let the girls pick an applique, then iron it on for them. And later on in the party set up a table where the girls can finish decorating w/ the fabric paint?

Not sure if JoAnn's would still carry them, but you could get a transfer pencil and trace a coloring page of Tink and iron it on the pillow cases. (A do-it yourself iron on transfer!) If they don't have the pencils, you could use a iron-on crayon to trace the picture and then iron it on. The image would be reversed, but you could probably get a good deal on plain pillowcases. Just an idea!
