timon & rafiki character meals

want to suprise my daughter with a character meal with "timon & rafiki", do you know where i can find this??where it is covered by the dinning plan??? the only place i can find them is at gullivers, which does not except the dinning.. if i have to pay for it thats fine, but i would like to make sure i can't find them anywhere else first.....thanks...............
