Timings for Land-sea Departures/Arrivals

Good Evening,
We are finally doing the double digit dance, so we are starting to pull together all the things we have been collecting for the last 7 months. I am putting together a schedule of our planned special events, our flights and finally where we have to be to be picked up and at what time. (we have the land - sea transfers)
We will be staying at the Poly, what time does the shuttle pick us up, and where do we meet it. I see another thread that mentions putting our luggage out the night before, as you do on board the ship, what happens if it is raining?
Finally, we are heading to CBR after the cruise, where do we pick up the shuttle to head back to WDW?

we are doing a land/sea in april and it is my understanding that you don't put your luggage out the door but leave it in your room for pick up.....you can also go to Animal Kingdom in the morning and leave your carry ons with cruise personal at the front gate. Then have the morning at the park, and the bus picks you up around noon.....that's our plan......
