Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could give me a time frame as to how things go down in terms of the process. I was just assigned Michelle Gilhooly/Schumate on Friday. The save the dates I think went out on Friday or will go out today. Im having a wishes wedding on Oct 25th of this year.

I got something in the mail yesterday from them - thought it was my contract back and the AP vouchers and got excited to get these vouchers but was disappointed to see it was just some extra save the dates!

Once Your Contract Is Signed You Get A Copy W/ Ur Passes, Now That You Have Ur Planner, She Will Set A Planning Session With You, And Tasting If Your Able To Go. If You Do Your Planning Session In Person, The First One You Will Go Visit Your Site, Go Over General Info, Like Colors, Food Menus, You Will Get To Tast The Different Cakes, You Will Be Getting In The Mail, A Package On Cakes With Cd To View And Price Sheet, As Well As As A Music Cd For Pavillion Of Disney Music If You Wish.

Your Second Planning ( If U Do It ) Will Be Food Tasting, Floral, Oh Also In This Time You Will Have Gotten A Preliminary Beo, ( Your Estimated Budget) To Start Going Over And Adding Or Deleting, Things. You Also Probably Sould Have Or Will Be Getting Soon, A Package Of Info Fr Disney, Regarding Officiants, Cosmetoligists, Child Care, And Other Items.

Hope This Helps!

Many people can only do one planning session. Ours was a site visit in the morning, followed by the tasting, and then 4 1/2 hours at Franck's picking stuff out.

After you sign the contract you get a copy of it and your AP vouchers in the mail - the sales coordinator sends this toyou. Then the planning session takes place 4-6 months before your event. Your final payment is due a month before the event, and final choices on everything are due from 1 month to 10 business days beforehand, depending on what they are. Your final headcount (for the food) is due 3 business days before.
