Timing when DCA closes early

Sorry if this is confusing. The park hours aren't yet posted for our trip dates in mid-April, but I called Disney and was told that DCA is closing at 9pm when we are there. I'm hoping someone here is familiar enough with park closing to help me with the following?

My questions are:

-- does this mean WoC is at 8pm or a 9pm?
-- are all the rides open until 9pm?
-- how late can we get into line (thinking RSR or TSMM)?
-- how late are the park restaurants open?

1. WoC would be at 915p when the park closes at 9.
2. Generally, yes, rides will be open til closure. Exceptions are the rides on Paradise Pier, which close early due to WOC.
3. I'd be in line at least 5 min prior to park closing.
4. They usually stop seating about an hour prior to closing. Last call in Carthay Lounge is usually 30 mins prior to closing.
