Timing questions

I want to take DW to Cali Grill on her birthday in early February. It's on a Monday. If Wishes is at 7pm (I got the time from the Feb '04 schedule), what time should I schedule dinner so we can see the show?

Same question for Rose & Crown, probably on that Sunday night. Illuminatons, as usual, is at 9pm. What time should I ask for when making a PS if I want to have a chance of watching the show from there?

I'm assuming I should make PS's (even though it's the off-season), since I want specific times.

for california grill i would suggest any time around 6:00 pm. have a leisurely meal and enjoy the fireworks. yes definitely make PS!!
