Timing Question

I made reservations for Kona Cafe weeks ago based on the calendar on the Disney website. I wanted to eat and then go out to the beach at the Poly (we're DVC and have pool hopping priveldges) to watch the fireworks. My original ressie was for 7:15 b/c the fireworks were scheduled for 9pm. Now the fireworks are scheduled for 10pm. Should I change my reservation time? Just grab drinks after dinner? The light parade is still scheduled for 9, so we could watch that. We're just a party of 2 adults.

It really depends on what you want to do. You could move back your ADR time, or you could always explore the hotel a bit. The grounds of the Poly are beautiful, the beach is nice and you can see MK and all. If you don't change your ADR you could always sit in the lobby with some drinks, watch the water pagent, go exploring, and when we stayed there they often had live Hawaiian music in the lobby on the second floor.
