Hey girls! I was wondering what time I should arrange for the makeup/hair person to come to my room. My ceremony is @ 2:30 @ the WP. She is doing me, my moms, my sister(MOH), and my DF mothers hair and make up. What time should I ask her to get to our hotel? What time should I arrange for Randy to come?

If you tell them what time your ceremony is... they will tell you what time they think they need to be there. i would take their word on it because some stylists work quicker than others. Also e-mail Randy-- decide whether you want some of your time to do 'getting ready' photos-- if so let him know and he will suggest a time to be there as well. Thats just what I did..

I haven't had my wedding yet, but when I arranged for my hair and makeup, I told them how many of us and if they were getting just hair or hair and makeup, and they told me what time they were coming. If it's a vendor on here that others have used, they'll probably know how much time they need. Same with Randy I'd think - so many girls have said how excellent he is, so I'm sure he can tell you what's a good time.

Yes, they will tell you the time. I am having me, 4 bridesmaids, mom and flowergirl done and our ceremonly is at 2:30pm. She said she will be there at 8AM! Its going to an long day!

same here!!! I am having me, 2 bridesmaids and our moms, and our ceremony is 2:30, and she told me 8AM.

Ana is coming to do us at 11:00 a.m for the 2:30 ceremony. There is me, mom, MOH and flowergirl.

Usually the vendor suggests how much time is needed based on what services you need. What I found interesting was the variance in how much time they need. For one hair & makeup and two hair-only services, Janet Mednick at Beauty On Site said she needed two hours. The lady at About Face said she needed about 3.5 hours. That's a huge difference!
