Timing question for our last day

Well..... it's our last day in Disney World. You folks have been SO helpful in our planning (before and during). Even my son-in-law (the vacation and Disney sceptic) has taken to quotng info he has found in the forums. I'll be writing a trip report when we return.

Please help us with the timing of our last day (busy but do-able; last requests, a hotel viewing, and last minute shopping at the marketplace).
We'll be at the Animal Kingdom at rope-drop and immediately hit the safari with a fast pass. Questions: how long is the safari? How long does it take to walk from safari to Dinosaur? And if timing is tight (but somewhat flexible in this section of the day) is Festival of the Lion King worth the time?

1. 23-30 min., it is one the the least predictable ride-times at WDW.
2. 10-15 min.
3. It is considered by many to be the finest, best produced and most entertaining live performance at WDW.

I wouldn't (or rather haven't ever) skipped Festival of the Lion King.

the Lion King is an amazing and wonderful show.... like a hit of mini-broadway IMHO.... don't skip it for shopping.....
