Timing ok for MK Day? Please critique!

I just noticed the change in opening time for MK on Dec 5th and now my fast passes seem a little late (based our plans on one of Josh's days) so I've had to make some changes.

Tuesday December 5th, 8am opening, non-party day

Thunder Mountain 8:00 - 8:30 (the kids would like to ride 12 times! But hopefully they'll be happy with 2 or 3.)
Haunted Mansion 8:40 - 9:00
IASW 9:05 - 9:25
Tales with Belle 9:30 - 10???
PP (FP 10:05 - 11:05) 10:30 - 10:50
Carousel/PhilharMagic filler before lunch (or after Belle)

Early lunch - CHH

Tom Sawyer 12 - 12:45 (enough time? more? less?)
Pirates (FP 12:30 - 1:30) 12:55 - 1:15
Country Bears or Tiki Room filler
Jungle Cruise (FP 1:45 - 2:45)

I know we can add in Splash if the kids want to but right now it's a no.

My main questions are:

How long for Tales with Belle? If it's about 30 min, we can arrive earlier for PP FP.
How long for TSI?
Is there anything else we can add in that I've missed, especially before lunch?
How are my times?

We will be headed back to MK the next day with a PPO BOG breakfast and plans to see Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.

Enchanted tales with Belle is roughly 20 minutes. I would allow 30 minutes for it. I wouldn't spend that much time on TSI.

Be sure not to over schedule and just enjoy the park and being in WDW.

I think your TSI timeline is fine.

It takes probably around 10 mins to go back and forth on the raft by itself. That includes waiting/loading/unloading. Then you have about 30 mins exploring time. The mines don't take very long, but walking to and from the fort, looking around, 30 mins will be just enough time to take it all in without rushing.

I would plug it all in to touringplans and see what they have to say.
