Timing... MCO-ASMu-AK

We arrive in Orlando at 5:45pm. We'll be taking Magical Express to All Star Music, then the bus to Animal Kingdom to see Rivers of Light at 8:45pm. Do you think we'll make it? I think if we do online check-in (so all we have to do is change buses at ASMu) and FP+ for RoL, it might be possible. Opinions? Suggestions??

Plan 90 minutes to get to your resort once you land. That puts you at 7:15. Then budget another hour to make it to AK, plus walking time to the theater.

You'll probably make it, but that's far too much stress on a travel day for me. Any transit delays and it's a no-go.

NOTE Arriving at 5.45 pm is Landing Time .... then you have to Arrive at Terminal Gate ..... Then depart from aircraft ....

then walk ( & Monorail ) to bus.

Numerous trips over the past 10 years, always using the Magical Express, and almost always staying at Pop Century or one of the All-Stars.

It is almost always right around 3 hours from the time the plane touches down until we are entering a park.

Based on our experience, I have to say (sadly) that I think the odds are against you.

3 hrs is doable. However...are you familiar with the area? Do you know where you're going? If you know your way around AK, you may be able to make it. ASMusic is close to AK. But....if you aren't familiar with AK it may not work. AK is easy to get turned around in.
