Hi all,

We’re planning to go to DLR in mid-October. My two daughters would like to sign up for Jedi Academy. My two questions:

1) How long can the wait be to sign up for a time?
2) How quickly does it tend to fill up? Is it possible to estimate when to get in line for a certain time?

Thanks!

When we went in February, we signed up first thing in the morning. There was quite a line in front of us, but it went pretty quickly. Park opened at 10am, and by 10:15 we had our spots. They asked us what time slot we wanted, and we got the one we had been hoping for.

I wrote a recent review of logistics if you want to know what to expect. We had no problem signing up for the first show a couple hours after the park opened. We did some rides and then signed up. You can choose your show if it’s not filled so you don’t have to time when to sign up to get the one you want.

We signed our son up on 8/29 and 8/31. We were there at park opening and just waited outside Tomorrowland and walked to the sign up space. We had one or two parties ahead of us. It went very quickly. On 8/31, we took the 435 show and they still had spaces available at 435. I think they pulled a child from the audience and enrolled him on the spot. YMMV.
