Timing help - boat to Trail's End from MK?

We have a breakfast ADR at 11:10 at Trail's End. Is the boat the easiest way to get there from MK?

What time should we leave MK on the boat?

How long should we plan to be at Trails End, how long does a typical meal there last? We're the type of family who sits, orders, eats, and heads out. Will 1 hour be enough, or allow more time?

How long will the boat ride take back to MK once we're doing?

Working on my touring plans and trying to find out what time to leave MK, and what time to expect to be back at MK.

I would suggest being at the boat dock by 10:15, the ride will take about 15-20 minutes dock to dock. Then about a 5 minute walk to Trail's End. Breakfast should take around 45 minutes to an hour, it's a buffet so you control the timing of course.

Really, the Hoop/Pioneer Hall/Trail's End area is about the most far-removed common/popular guest area at WDW.

The boat service (from/to MK gates, from/to Wilderness Lodge, from/to the Contemporary) is about the best/fastest route provided.
