Timing for PtN AND WoC Dining Packages?

My booking window for Paint the Night and World Color dining packages has opened up but the park hours haven't been released yet. I was thinking about a lunch ADR for WoC but was wondering about the best time to book Blue Bayou for PtN, any recommendations?

Can I ask where do you find any packages or events you can book

I got them on the official Disneyland website. The dining packages were listed when I pulled up each restaurant.

We are doing a 5:40 dinner at BB so we can make the 8p PTN showing and stay put for DLF. We've not done the PTN package but loved the BB F! Package, so we are giving it a try in 2 weeks.

Question about this: we were going to do the Aladdin's Oasis PTN package, but how do they determine which parade you get passes for (there are two PTN parades when we are going)? I would assume earlier meals get passes for the earlier parade, but is there a specific cutoff time?
