We are trying to get the most out of our time but want down time as well. In the past we took afternoon breaks but that did not work well last trip bc the kids stayed up later and were not happy waking up earlier. So we don't want to schedule all our FPs in the afternoon bc we will probably only stay until 2-4.

Trying to work most for say 11-2. But we will want to work in lunch, girls are slow eaters and we will not want to rush. How long do we allow for say ETWB from time we enter the line until we leave? How long should I allot for us to see A&E with a 915 FP.

Also we have a BBB reservation at 325 and 330. I have a FP for Rapunzel and Cinderella for 505-605 is that enough time. Do I need more time before the FP?

I can't help with some of your specifics. For instance, I don't think ANYONE knows how long the FP+ queue line will work for Elsa and Anna. I would plan to get there at the beginning of your FP+ window to give you the most time on the other side, but IDK how much time to tell you to budget.

I don't think you'd have a problem getting to Rapunzel by 6 following a 3:30 BBB appointment. It's not far to walk. If your girls are getting dresses, perhaps have them select them in advance so you can cut down on the decision time.

I think our entire ETWB experience ran about 30 minutes from the time we entered the line, to the assigning of parts, waiting in the interactive room and then the show with Belle herself (Seriously, my favorite thing we did). We didn't really wait in line at all, so YMMV. I'd probably schedule that as being an hour from beginning to end to account for any slowness, but I don't think it would take this long.

This is why we saw Philharmagic so much.:rotfl

Also, if you're planning to leave the park for the day at 4, at the latest, I wouldn't eat lunch at all. I'd make sure the girls had a good breakfast and then bring snacks (or even purchase snacks) in the parks. We brought fruit and granola bars for our three. You know your kids, but I'd just pack a heavy snack into your bag and plan on eating upon return to your resort.

Not happening they are 4 and 6 and will not make it without lunch. Fruit and granola won't hold them all day. We also skip any lines with longer than 20-30 waits. This is their 4 trip so we do not have to do everything. Besides when we took a break we were leaving at 1 and coming back at 5 and leaving around 8. So since we had TS ADRs we really didn't do much at night. Think we will be happier touring and leaving. This worked better for us the one day we tried it lags trip. We saw more bc we had less melt downs bc they were going to bed late and waking up early. I am just trying to figure out how long to allow off some things. We have 3 days in the MK for example. But I am trying to make FP for BOG but not sure if we get stuck in line for a while at ETWB that we would make it. Kwim? I keep seeing on here people saying some of the FP lines were long. Never had these issues in the past. We went more with the flow in the past.

I think a long FP+ line is possible at ETWB. I'm betting if you have to queue up outside, it's probably 30 minutes until you're done with the show not counting the time in that line.

If it were me and I wanted to do ETWB and BOG on the same day, I'd try to get an 11 am slot for lunch and a 1-2 pm slot for ETWB. That gives you 2-3 hours to finish lunch (I think it took us about an hour from start to finish, but we don't have pokey eaters). If you find yourself with extra time, you can meet Gaston, visit Ariel, etc depending on wait times. Or, convince someone she really SHOULD visit the restroom now. ;) Which, we struggled with. :sad2:

The lunch process at BOG is pretty efficient. I think the most time consuming thing was ordering 5 meals with the touch screens. If you're the type of family who doesn't mind ordering in advance, that would save you time, too. I figured that would freak dh out. But, I think the two hour gap should be okay. I mean, really, even though I went during a slow time, BOG and ETWB were booked full. I don't know how many more people they could possibly push through, if that makes sense.
