timeshares near disneyland

are there any timeshares near disneyland? my inlaws on in rci and my parents own in interval. so if there was a timeshare unit nearby maybe we could swing a deal!

Yes there are a few in Anaheim.

Peacock Suites is Shell Vacations club and the Worldmark Wyndham built a HUGE place in anaheim right next to the Garden Walk. We own with SVC and have used the Peacock a time or two.

Dolphins Cove Resort as well. Its not as nice as most timeshares. It worked out very well for us when we went in 2008 though.

I was just looking at RCI's lists & they show the Grand Californian.

Interval has Marriott Newport Beach Villas, which is about 20 minutes away. We've stayed there before and the place is beautiful.

We are using Peacock suites for the second time this trip. Pretty sure DD used her Interval points. Its not spectacular by any means, but worked out well for us as we just sleep there and don't spend time like we would at most other time share locations.

Of the 4 in anaheim (dolphins, gardenwalk, peacock, & grand), none are in II, they're only in RCI. Grand isn't available for trading yet and you'll have to have a VERY good trader to get it. The other three are easier to get, especially if you go in the off season, but they still need a pretty good trader. Have them check their account, if they can see anything in anaheim for the next 2 years, then they have enough trade power, if not, you won't be able to get into any of them.

We own at Dolphin and love it. I've also stayed at Peacock, but its more like a motel since it just has a mini fridge/microwave. I hear gardenwalk is nice, but units aren't as large as Dolphin.
