Timeshare Title and More

Hey y'all. I have heard so much about scams with timeshare resale companies. I have to send my deposit to to Timeshare Title and more.
Are they legit?
Has anyone had a problem with them?

We are working with a different title company but I think if you are going through a well known agent and this is who they use, you should be fine.

Looks like it will take a couple of weeks longer than anticipated. Sellers out of the country. WTH

NOT the title company's fault.

No worries! We just closed on a contract yesterday with Garden Views Realty using these guys. They were very on top of everything and it was a smooth transaction!

and for what it's worth... Garden Views was great... i got either a return email or phone call within MINUTES with any question i had!

If you are working with any of the timeshare resale brokers often mentioned on these boards they have use legit title companies in their closings. You should be ok if your broker recommended them and your broker has been around for awhile. Good luck
