Did these go up recently? I sold a contract earlier this year and looking to sell another and it seems that the rates/fees are higher? I remember there was $20right to first refusal, but I do not remember a $50 estoppel fee. They are also wanting 10% commission. That seems higher as well. :confused3

The 10% commission is pretty standard for all timeshare resellers..

Carol's right. Any other fees could be the result of the FL legislature - the budget this year called for most fees to double or more, in order to balance the budget.

At The Timeshare Store, Inc. we specialize in Disney Vacation Club which allows us to offer the 10% commission. A few years ago we were at 15% commission however we have been at 10% commission since spring of 2004. The $20 ROFR and $50 Estoppel Fee is something that Disney has started charging in the last couple of months.

We would love the opportunity to sell your DVC points. We feel our company will bring you the best price and service. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Scot
