Timeshare Store Question

Does anyone know what the current commission rate is for the Timeshare Store? Also, what other fees might we incur when selling some points. Thanks!

All timeshare resellers charge the standard 10% commission - at least the ones I have ever dealt with or heard of on the DIS. Not sure of other fees since I have only purchased through them and not sold. Good luck!

IRRC, there was also a fee for ROFR that I was charged when I sold. I think, not sure, it was $50 or $75.

Excellent! Thanks so much. We have 800 points and have realized that we should have stopped around four or five hundred. But we had a great time using 800 up till now.

Just sold. We paid commission plus a $50 estoppel fee. This should be all you have to pay unless you agree to cover maintenance and/or closing costs. Everyone is around 10%, but some require you to list exclusively with them, and others don't. Also, never use someone who asks you to pay anything in advance. The reputable 3 or 4 will only charge you what's due to them once sold.
