Timeshare Store Closing Question?

On a resale, how long does it take to finalize everything and get the money once I have had the documents notarized and sent them in? Thanks in advance.

Please check with your Associate that is helping you at TTS. The reason I say this is, they can look at the contract, determine the status of the buyers/sellers and use their experience with Disney at this point in time, to help you with your question. There can be so many variables with each deal. You must remember that all anyone can do is give you a best/guess scenario. We date the contracts to give additional time allowing for situations that rarely but sometimes do occur.

Thanks Tom, I will send Scot and e-mail. I wasn't sure what was left to do after having the closing documents signed and notarized so I wasn't sure how long that would take.
