Timeshare store Anybody have problems?

Just wondering if any of you that have used them buying or selling have had any problems?

We used the TIme Share Store to purchase our points in 2007 and they were great. There were no suprises and I would use them again.

I recently sold some points through TSS. The first sale fell through on the buyer's part. The agent didn't contact me about that but a second buyer for the contract showed up in no time at all.

I thought TSS was extremely professional and everything went smoothly. I'd absolutely recomend them and use their services again.

We're currently using them for a small contract purchase and they have been great - no lack for communication both by phone and e-mail. Also using their cosing services and the staff there has been equally professional and communicative.

Also have friends using them and they are jst as pleased as we are.

We are in the process of buying a resale through TTS - I have had a very good experience with my agent, but not with the rest of the staff. It took them 3 tries to get the correct name of the property we are buying on the contract, and then the paperwork from the escrow company had the wrong resort name on it as well. I was "this close" to backing out entirely, but my agent went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable with everything, and was very understanding of my frustration with the multiple errors. I think my experience is in the minority - most people on these boards seem to have nothing but great things to say about them.
I would recommend them - just make sure you go over all your paperwork to be sure it is all correct!

We bought OKW points, resale through them anf had no problems at all.

We originally bought our OKW contract through TSS with no problems. We're now selling it 12 years later again through them and so far all is going smoothly.

Glad you all have had such good luck. It must just be me then.
Went to contract on 3/5. Disney waived ROFR on 3/19.. Closing date 4/29 or 30 days from estopel. I am the seller.
There is a serious lack of communication. I am still waiting for a reply to a email from yesterday asking a simple question. Got a response yesterday but it was not answering the question. I replied once again asking the same question and no response. They will not give me a straight answer. Simple question " have the buyers funds been recieved". I was told over two weeks ago that it should be closing any day.. Just want to get this over and done. Longest closing I have ever Had. I went to contract on my house the same day as this and I closed in less then 3 weeks..
They just need to keep all involved in the deal informed as to what is happening.

I am having a horrible time with TSS. As other posters have said its not Robert he is great. The problem I have is with there closing company. We sent in everything ASAP and was told we would close on the 28th. Well it goes by and we did not close. I contact Robert and he tells me there waiting on the sellers papers but we would close no later than May 5th. Well yesterday they tell me they found were the seller still owed money on the contract so its frozen until they send addtional funds. I call Robert and ask doesnt TSS ask if the contracts have a mortgage...For those of you that dont know..if your inside 30 days of closing and something goes wrong that is not your fought you can cancel with no penilitys. Robert assured me the sellers were sending the money they owed and we would close no later than Monday. I told him I would cancel and look for another contract if it hadnt.

Used them to sell our SSR contract. Had no problems at all. It was a very painless experience and I would use them again.
