We recently sold a contract through TTS. We were very happy- everything was handled quickly and easily.

Sorry about your purchase being delayed. Ours sold around the same time and it closed in April. We took a week or two to send in our paperwork because of other stuff going on....and I was feeling sorry for our buyers because of the delay! It really is on the part of the sellers to get that paperwork submitted.

I have bought thru TSS and am now selling thru them. I find them professional and very easy to work with. I'll be buying from them again in the future, too.
